The goals of the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical & Historical Society (PRRT&HS) are to promote the preservation of all information regarding the organization, operation, facilities, and equipment of the PRR. We support research and publication on all PRR topics and encourage the accurate modeling of PRR equipment, structures, and environment so that future generations may better appreciate and understand the company.
The Northern Central Chapter fosters fellowship of those interested in the Pennsylvania Railroad at the local level -- geographically consistent with the route of the PRR's Northern Central Branch, which ran from Baltimore, Md., through York to Cly, Pa. (then on the York Haven Line to Harrisburg, Pa.).
